Metals prices on Wednesday closed narrowly mixed: GCQ4 -0.5 (-0.04), SIU4 -0.028 (-0.13%), HGU4 +0.0005 (+0.02%). Precious metals prices continue to see underlying support from the geopolitical hot spots of Ukraine/Russia and Israel/Gaza, while copper has seen some strength this week from strong global stocks and favorable U.S. new home sales data.
