Treasury Yield Curve Rates
Market momentum, generally speaking, describes the rate of acceleration – or deceleration – of market prices. Market momentum is often measured against the market’s moving averages. A moving average calculates the average price over a set time period, showing the average direction of movement in price and smoothing out day-to-day price variations. This makes it easier to identify trends. Our tables show the percentage of stocks above moving average for a number of different time periods.
